I took this photo while stuck in a 5 hour long traffic jam on June 5, 2009 trying to get to my apartment in South Beach via the MacArthur Causeway. There was sever flooding in South Beach due to a massive storm that dumped up to 9 inches in a couple of hours. The streets were so flooded cars were reported to be floating down the roads. At least there was a rainbow and I had my camera.
